Problem with saving as data

in several builds up to and including 6080, "save data" (from the data manager") or "save as points" (from the plot) sometimes save an empty data sets. This has been observed in particular with a file which contained a data point at q=0.282 with an I of 0.0 and a dI of 0.0. While such a data point will cause problems in computation it should have zero effect on such output. The offending file is attached.

Not sure if this was actually seen outside this event. At any rate, using a clean install (on a brand new machine right out of the box) of build 6206 everything now works properly when reading in the original project (did not originally). However, loading the attached file separately and following the above instructions it fails on both counts (from data manager and from the data window). This despite the fact that the data info menu item (new feature) seems to show the same data: mainly the error is reset to 1E-16 on loading so is that in both the project and the data load (before doing anything else). A very odd problem but not yet fixed clearly

Fix should be verified probably so moving to 3.0 for now
