Update models in model marketplace to 4.2 when 4.2 is released.

Description
A number of models have seen tweaks and fixes and all models have a new 2D interface. We should figure out how to force an update to the model marketplace to do just after the release.

Ran Tim Snow's script on Nov 3, 2018 to update models. In particular BE polyelecrolyte had changed and docs for paracrystals had changed. Also because the update happened serveral weeks after the release a few other things updated but all are either documentation or changes to sasmodels framework code not the models themselves. The only model changed was the documentation for spinodal.
This closes the ticket and finalizes work for 4.2 release
