ESS GUI not updating after fitting

Description
I'm currently running the ESS_GUI branch (commit 16afe01ce) and whenever I perform a fit on data the console claims that the fitting has been done, however, the fit panel and plots are not updating.
I attach a screenshot after performing a fit (values placed in close values) and the datafile used.
