no uncertainties errors on fitting parameters

Description
pulled and built locally master for windows, when I do a fit, the parameter fitting uncertainties i.e. the +- errors values, are not being shown in the gui, their column of values does not appear
I did earlier install 4.1.1 from git, this works fine.
Have made Paul B the owner, but perhaps someone else can take this over please.

Pulled master and locally built again today, 21 Aug 2017, still no uncertainties on the parameters in fits. They do appear in 4.1.2 from web, so must be an issue with master or my dependencies.

pulled and built locally master for windows, again today 10th Aug, when I do a fit, the parameter fitting uncertainties i.e. the +- errors values, are not being shown in the gui, their column of values does not appear, or only the error for thefirst parameter that I turned on.
Perhaps there is something wrong with my build set up or dependencies if none else is seeing this…..
