Bug in Modify Graph Appearance dialog

Description
If you load 1D data and plot it, then click on the Modify Graph Appearance button, a dialog will appear. That dialog box's content is all stuck in the top left corner. There must be a problem with the layout.

Jae-Hie thinks he found the bug and has fixed it. It now works for him. If we do not have any further complaint we should close this ticket out in preparation for the release
