The new tutorials need to be converted from .fodt to HTML with LibreOffice.
LibreOffice can be run from the command line. Invoke as {pathto}soffice.

soffice —convert-to html tutorial-file.fodt
NB: The text-graphics formatting/juxtaposition is not great.
NB: There do appear to be browser-specific output filter switches.
