Frozen theories sent to perspectives not saved in projects

Description
Frozen theories are treated similarly to data in regards to how they are displayed in the GUI, but cannot be saved in projects and analysis files like other data.
This causes issues when loading a simultaneous fit with a constrained frozen theory. Errors are thrown and the save state is unusable.

Addressed and implemented in 5.0, in the current ESS_GUI branch
