Check compliance of loader against NXcanSAS-1.0 release

Description

The official NXcanSAS-1.0 release was tagged by jemian@… on 20/12/2016.

Though SasView does currently read a pre-release version of NXcanSAS (examples in the \test folder) we need to ensure that the minor revisions to the standard have not broken anything, and that NXcanSAS written by SasView is compliant.

Also see attached structure and definition files.

NB: test data in the revised NXcanSAS (written by for example Mantid) may not become available until Feb 2017.

Looking through the definition file, the data format hasn't changed, only the instrumental and other non fittable information. We probably won't have any real data to test with until after the 4.1 release, so I am moving this to release 4.2.
