Need to allow user input background value in Pr perspective

Description

Pr calculations require that the background be properly subtracted. This however is quite tricky (i.e. actually impossible to do correctly) in most cases so often is left as a fitting parameter. Thus data being used for Pr may or may not have the background already removed. Currently there is the option to allow the calculation to estimate it for you but there is no provision to allow the user to fix it to a value they think is correct. They may or may not be correct but the option should be available.
