Description
Once the design stage is complete, the project will need to be broken into manageable tasks and tickets created and assigned.

This is an ongoing project. It was placed as 4.0 blocker as it was the subject of team work package during the code camp, but the GUI will not be ready for this release so moving to +1 now as we already have the alpha 2 out.
