Grid sheet does not accept copy and paste

Description
Mathieu's patch to wx's sheet.py now allows the sheet to be edited which is the major functionality issue. However that fix did not end up fixing the fact that paste does not work. Turns out copy does not always seem to work either. This should be fixed but may not make release 3.1?

Mathieu's new patch now adds the copy and paste functionality. They beahve a bit unintuitively as you need to double click to get into the cell for either to work. This seems to be the way grid is implementing this and according to Steve King does have some precedent. Thus we can close this ticket though we should open another for a future release to look into how to provide a more normal behavior.
