Description
With the move to github we should also move the mailing lists elsewhere.

- Mails sent out to each old list to get people to subscribe to new one

Still need to :
1) Update aliases (help@, developers@ etc) to point to new lists
2) Download archives from sourceforge
3) Delete sourceforge lists
