Fitting with polydispersity does not work

Description
When you choose to fit the polydispersity on a parameter it does not appear to work in that the pd changes to a seemingly random number but no (or very little) change is seen in the fit curve.

Sarah Rogers and Andrew report that it seems to be fixed. I did not have a chance to test it thoroughly before the release but since those reporting the bug have cleared it we should consider it fixed.

This is fixed and committed, I think.
Also this fix seems to correct some crashing of fitting.
All SansView? team members are supposed to check and to report if it actually works, so that we can close this ticket.
