Description
Perform a functional check of the help documentation on plugins and orientation once SasModels PR #57 is merged and the full docs are built, paying particular attention to:
- internal references between help docs
- and that you access the same content whether you approach it via SasModels or SasView (smk78 knows what he means by this)

Have pulled from Master and built sasmodels and sasview docs. I see pkienzle has been very busy indeed! Looks good to me.
