better defaults for magnetic sld — at Initial Version

Description
When turning on magnetism, the default magnetic sld is set to 1e-6. This should default to 1 instead.
When turning off magetism and turning it on again, the defaults are reset.
Also, 4.1.2 does not appear to compute magnetic models. Try for example, a sphere with:

sld: 4.50078 M0:0.317 mtheta:19.8 mphi:154.5
sld_solvent: 3.75713 M0:4.385 mtheta:-51.4 mphi:155.1
radius: 200
`
and compare with the equivalent from sascomp:

$ sascomp sphere -magnetic -nq=400 -pars -random=547121 radius=200
`
