Description
It would be really good to be able to use super and sub scripts as well as some symbols such as angstom when typing labels on plots, including the axis labels in Batch plots

This is not perfect but more or less works in many places now - certainly in the axis labels. There are a few glitches but not worth fixing since it will be completely superceeded by the new Qt interface. Thus am closing this one. Once the new interface is up and running, new tickets will not doubt be generated.

it looks like this is possible with LaTex commands? or close to it? If so need to verify and document — including with a quick pop up help on the GUI?
