mac print does not seem to be able to preview — at Initial Version

Description
in fixing the problem of matplot lib no longer printing - we were unable to get the print preview to work on mac (showed blank page). Alos it seems the native print preview does not work but pushing through to print does. Two things to do:
- look intow why mac cannot seem to preview (or did I miss something)
- If we fix above we can probably just reinstate the preview if we like in SasView? — of if we think that is not a good plan we should remove the print preview code.
