Each module has their own infrastructure for showing help which is oddly not used anywhere!!! To complete the documentation infrastructure change started at code camp II we need to
- Add help buttons to each panel that links to the proper help using the new infrastructure.
- Remove the old code in the module frame that calls the help
- remove the help.py code for that module
