Revert SASVIEW-1134. Location of files case sensitive not working on OSX.

The sasmodels documentation is either not included in OSX or in Linux.

Model Documentation <qtgui/perspectives/fitting/models/index> works for Linux + Windows

Model Documentation <qtgui/Perspectives/Fitting/models/index> works for OSX + Windows

Since userbase is mainly on OSX and Windows this takes preference.
