plot context menu bug — at Initial Version

Description
At least for windows 7 using 3.1.1 release, if one clicks on a data or model line submenu item (e.g. DataInfo? etc) the next time the context menu is brought up the submenu for that line (data or model)is the ONLY option available. To reset one can click outside the graph and then back into the graph or, making sure zoom is off, click on the data set in question. then the menu will appear properly again.
